Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of the order being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Transit & Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery to addresses within the United States.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Combining processing and transit times, you can expect your order to arrive in approximately 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Weekends & Holidays
Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak shopping seasons or major holidays, delivery may take longer than the estimates above. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information is provided as soon as it becomes available from the carrier. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at reachus@theenhancergroutcleaning.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Grout Enhancer is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information. For packages confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
- Certain products (such as items marked as final sale or clearance) may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at reachus@theenhancergroutcleaning.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization email with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the Return Authorization email.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or incorrect items (see below): Grout Enhancer will cover the full cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect (wrong product, wrong variant, or wrong color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at reachus@theenhancergroutcleaning.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping charges) and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. You will not be charged return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility conditions above.
- You will be notified by email that your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds
