We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Grout Enhancer. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the process for returning products and receiving refunds.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
• The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
• Certain products (such as items marked as final sale or clearance) may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at reachus@theenhancergroutcleaning.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization email with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories included.
4. Ship the item to the address provided in the Return Authorization email.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or incorrect items (see below): Grout Enhancer will cover the full cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect (wrong product, wrong variant, or wrong color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at reachus@theenhancergroutcleaning.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping charges) and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. You will not be charged return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility conditions above.
2. You will be notified by email that your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved or denied.
3. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, including:

• Items returned with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
• Items that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, email us at reachus@theenhancergroutcleaning.com.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed for shipping (typically within 1–2 business days of order placement). Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process above.
